Bengkung Belly Binder

Belly Binding is an ancient practice, traditional in Asia and Latin America.  A length of cloth is used to bind the abdomen and hips of new mums in order to provide support, stability and comfort post-pregnancy and assist your body in healing and returning to its pre-pregnancy shape.

These beautiful Belly Binds are a pleasure to wear.  They combine soft, colourful cotton fabrics for comfort with the convenience of Velcro fastenings to provide you with an easy to use, yet lovely to wear belly bind.

Whilst it is entirely up to you what you feel comfortable with, it is recommended you wear your belly bind around 12 hours a day, for at least 6 weeks.  Because they are so soft and comfortable they are suitable to wear even while sleeping.

Fully machine washable.

Sizes

Measure your waist and hips, use the larger of the two measurements:

• Size 1 – 95.2cm – 105.4cm
• Size 2 –99.8cm-109.8cm
• Size 3 – 105.4cm-114.9cm
• Size 4 -109.8cm-155.5cm
